for yet when all is said and done,

there comes a time for two-now-one,

 to know that peace is a thing reached,

and yet is all too-easy breached;

by flame`ed passions, fiery hearts,

that will not take the lover's part;

nor yet will willing sacrifice the symbols of the heart's device,

that in the forms of Love's will lives,

while each heart to the other gives.
